Welcome to

Hotel Minerva has been designed with the most modern conveniences and technology to offer an optimum hotel experience for both the business guest and vacationer as well.
Particular attention has been paid to create a warm and confortable atmosphere with a strong accent on Italian elegance.
Hotel Minerva is easy and convenient to reach, either by car or by train. We are located 5 km from the Autostrada A1 "Arezzo" exit. It is 1 km from the central train station.
The Hotel is in an ideal position to reach the convention center and local pavillion.
By foot one can walk easily to the renaissance historical center,the world famous antique fair, as well as all the monuments, museums, shops and restaurants.
ROOMS
The hotel was originally built in 1968, but was completely remodeled just a few years ago. It is situated in the center of the city in a quiet and tranquil environment.
The owners of the hotel, the Fabbrini brothers, are the original owners and come from a long tradition of Italian cuisine.
There are 125 rooms and 5 suites , all sounproof and air conditioned, are confortable in every way. The rooms have been decorated luxuriously with the right touch of elegance to provide an atmosphere of refined hospitality.
Large windows illuminate the rooms and provide a delightful view of antique arezzo.
Our dining room has ample space for an abundant breakfast buffet which is available every morning from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The hotel minerva’s convention center is equipped with the most modern and sophisticated audio visual technical support system. It was designed to meet the needs of any kind business meeting, convention, exhibition or gathering.
The multi-functional convention center can satisfy any and all business needs.
Managers and business professionals can finally find all the facilities and technology, such as computers, faxes, audio visual equipment that are difficult to find outside of one’s own office.

RESTAURANT
The hotel is very well known for its restaurant, which is situated on the first floor near the lobby. One can find refined Tuscan cuisine at its best.
The restaurant, originally called "Spiedo d’Oro" was founded in the early fifties. It was in the center of the historical downtown and famous for its overwhelming popularity.
From this great success and popularity, the owners decided to continue their journey pleasing clients, and thus, HOTEL MINERVA was founded to provide a complete and satisfying experience for guests visiting Arezzo, whether for business or tourism.
In November 1968, the new hotel complex was founded, it has large halls and rooms for ceremonies, meetings and the restaurant, now called "Ristorante Minerva".
Today "Ristorante Minerva" is still as popular as it was before. It inherited its high culinary cuisine from the previous location and continues to be one of the most prestigious restaurants in the province of Arezzo.
