Welcome to Relais Villa Baldelli!

Relais Villa Baldelli is a 17th century villa which has undergone indispensable and meticulous restoration making it perfectly adapted to receive guests. Inside and outside the villa the characteristics of a bygone age have been retained.
The trees invite you to rest and find peace in their shade, and the garden paths are all paved with cobblestones. The walls of the rooms are lightly painted with pastoral frescoes and decorated with vintage paintings and printed reproductions.
From the hall you can enter a relaxing room furnished with sofas and tables. There is a small bar and a breakfast room on the ground floor, in which the antique stone fireplace makes a fine setting representing the history of the villa.
The villa has now 15 rooms, some situated in the main villa and others in two adjacent annexes. They all have panoramic views and are charmingly furnished with vintage furniture and vintage four-poster beds. Only the bathroom furnishings, elegant and efficient, with Jacuzzi bathtubs or Jacuzzi showers, bring guests back to reality of the third millennium. All these details have been carefully studied to give a high standard of hospitality and to ensure that the Relais Villa Baldelli once found will not be forgotten, a place you will recommend to your closest friends as a favour.
With our restaurant service during the day our guests can enjoy delightful light snacks in the quietly elegant indoor dining room or in the charming outdoor terrace, surrounded by a beautiful Tuscan garden with cypress trees and a horse-chestnut avenue. Guests are welcome to enjoy afternoon tea time, taste good Tuscan wines or sup on a pre-dinner cocktail. Each morning a buffet breakfast is served.
For leisure time activities, guests have at their disposal a 18x9m outdoor swimming pool and golf course. Very near the Relais there is a riding school where we can arrange rides for our guests through the woods up to Monte S. Egidio or across the valley to Lago Trasimeno. Our staff, whilst taking care of each of our visitors as if they were a personal guest, can also help with suggestions for interesting local itineraries, in such a way to help you to experience the history, the traditions and the natural beauty that is such an essential element of Cortona.
