In the heart of Bologna hills, 15 minutes from downtown

"Il Cavicchio" farmhouse lies in the heart of Bologna hills, just outside Bologna direction Florence.
It's easy to get here from the highway, even without crossing the city of Bologna (getting out in Sasso Marconi or San Lazzaro).

It's the perfect stay for people travelling for business or exhibition reasons, people who would like to find a suitable accommodation outside the hectic city life. At the same time people travelling for tourism, in search of art or nature, will find our place totally fulfilling their wishes.

"Il Cavicchio" gives to its guests:

- The memory of a long farming history. We keep a traditional farming and forest environment, using agricultural techniques which are respectful to the earth
