The new Aparthotel Residence San Niccolò is located in a glamorous 19th century Mansion, recently refurbished, on the Lungarno riverside in front of Piazzale Michelangelo, a wonderful terrace on the charming Florence view. The San Niccolò is just a short walk away from the heart of art and culture (Santa Croce Cathedral, Signoria Square, the Uffizi Museum and the Old Bridge) and at the same time it is close to the Avenues which are the main link-up roads in town.

We are glad to propose our guests two different types of accomodations for their florentine stay. either the classic accomodation in our Apartments - all carefully renovated- enjoying the confort and the privacy of an independent home; or the Aparthotel solution, with accomodation in Double Rooms with hotel service and breakfast served in room.

The Residence San Niccolò has actually nice confortable Double Rooms and elegant large Apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms located on three floors - with lift - some overlooking the Arno riverside, some other overlooking the typical red roofs and towers of the town, and provided with all conforts.

The building, just restaured, offers the perfect image of a XIX century florentine palace, while the inner courtyard is now a Parking place.
A new Laundry room has also been created at our guests' disposal.
