Molto rumore nelle stanze che si affacciano sulla strada.
Colazione non da hotel 4 stelle.

Cet hôtel est principalement réservé "aux hommes". Dans la salle de bains, Il n'y a aucun accessoires pour les femmes.
Attention, les lits à roulettes glissent lorsque l'on s'appuie avec l'oreiller sur le mur, ce peut être dangereux.
Le service du petit déjeuner doit être nettement amélioré, le personnel est inefficace.
La réception est médiocre.

1 le porte dei bagni sono da un punto di vista architettonico molto belle - ma risultano altrettanto imbarazzanti non solo per non avere serratura ma per il fatto di essere trasparenti anche ai rumori!!!

unico piccolo neo: dopo la prenotazione ho inviato una mail per precisare che mio figlio ha 4 anni e non 1 anno, mail che ha ricevuto una risposta in cui si precisava che era stata inoltrata, e invece in stanza abbiamo trovato un lettino per un bimbo di 1 anno.
non è stato un dramma, ma è l'unico neo riscontrato in due permanenze presso il vostro hotel.
invece non c'è spazio per elogiare la cortesia e gentilezza del vostro personale. complimenti a tutti

Pour le prix que nous avons payé, nous ne regrettons vraiment rien ! L'hotel est magnifique, les chambres sont vraiment très belles et très modernes. Et puis le personnel est à l'écoute, serviable, gentil et très agréable. Je vous le conseille vivement !

ringrazio per la grande disponibilità dell'addetto reception notturno che anche alle 2.00 di notte si è reso disponibile.

Very noisy room. Hotel had problems to deal with a large guest group, especially during breakfast. Parking garage was sometimes not available. Staff not always on top of service.

l'unica nota negativa e' stata la colazione, per il resto tutto molto bello.

Disguido nella prenotazione, poichè alla reception non risultava il nostro nominativo. Ci è stato detto che l'agenzia non avrebbe inviato la mail all'hotel. E' stato risolto trovandoci comunque una stanza, sebbene l'hotel fosse al completo.

In assoluto il peggior Hotel che abbia mai frequentato.
Volendo tralasciare la querelle sul posto nel garage che avevo acquistato ma non ho ritrovato e per la qualcosa mi hanno fatto uno sconto del 15% sul conto.
Le camere sono sporche e piene di polvere.
La televisione tranne qualche canale sky e RAI1 non si vede.
Il bagno perde acqua e lo scarico non funziona completamente.
Ho lasciato gli asciugamani sporchi per terra non sono stati cambiati ma stesi sul portasciugamani.
La colazione è scarsa sia qualitativamente che per quantità e varietà. Venerdì 1 Maggio alle 9 non c'erano tavoli puliti, non c'era nulla da mangiare o bere non c'erano neppure bicchieri e stoviglie pulite. Il personale (4persone) sembrava vagare per le sale senza aver il minimo controllo sulla situazione. Per avere due caffè e due cappuccini sono dovuto andare a cercare qualcuno perchè lungi da loro venire al tavolo. Alla fine sono riuscito ad avere solo due caffè e un cappuccino. Il giorno dopo tutto uguale tranne per i tavoli. Stavolta siamo soli nella sala ma la procedura non cambia. Sono dovuto ancora io a cercare qualcuno che ci portasse qualcosa. Anche in questo caso la varietà e la quantità assolutamente scarsa quindi indipendente dal numero delle persone presenti in sala.
Alla fine la sensazione e di trascuratezza e di approssimazione nella gestione della struttura. Il personale appare molto poco professionale ma essendo un atteggiamento generale credo che chi dirige la struttura debba assumersi forti responsabilità.
La struttura forse avrà i requisiti strutturali per essere un quattro stelle ma la scarsa cura della stessa e l'inadeguatezza della gestione lo rendono di livello infimo.
Ho soggiornato in hotel atre stelle in Marocco vi ci manderei il personale tutto a prendere lezioni su come si gestisce un hotel.
Una esperienza a dir poco sgadevole ma utile: ho letto da qualche parte che il gruppo AC conta 90 hotel nel mondo: se questo è lo standard meglio evitarli.
