ATA Hotel Fieramilano

The ATAHOTEL Fieramilano is in a privileged position, since it's the only hotel located just in front of the Ente Fiera entrance, at Porta Domodossola (50 m). Thoroughly renewed between 1999 and 2000, the hotel, composed of 238 rooms distributed on seven floors, is well connected to the centre of the city and takes advantage of the strategic closeness to the most important communication routes, such as ring roads and expressways.
The hotel is characterised by the use and valorisation of terraces and outdoor spaces, located on the back of the hotel. The exterior is as undistinguishable from the buildings of the district as the terrace with patio and garden creates a relaxing atmosphere, especially for clients coming out of a tiring day of work.
More than 400 square meters are covered by a series of great gazebo arranged around blooming flowerbeds: it's a big exhibition area which can be rearranged at will disposing some big movable flower boxes.
Among the additional facilities offered by the hotel, there is the  conference centre, made from a vast adjoining space, thorougly renewed. Now the hotel has conference halls with 220 theatre-arranged seats and a new restaurant, "La Veranda", with panoramic view on the garden.
A covered garage with 50 places and direct access to the hotel is open 24-hours.

Executive rooms are located on the seventh floor of the hotel and offer some amenities in addition to superior rooms: coffee-maker, sponge, slippers, bath salts, sweets...All rooms have been renewed in furniture and drapery. In particular, each floor has been decorated with a different colour and at first and second floors, carpeting was replaced by single-fired tiles, to guarantee a greater comfort for allergic clients. Rooms are furnished with double-glass windows (which guarantee an excellent reduction of noise), direct telephone, electronic safe, radio, satellite colour tv and Pay TV, clock and alarm clock, mini-bar, air conditioning, bathroom with bath tub and shower and hair dryer. Access to the rooms is regulated by magnetic key cards.The hotel is glad to provide, on request, orthopedic pillows, hot-water bottle, icebag, bed boards, craddle, bathroom kit (razors, toothpaste, ecc.)

The Ambrosiano Restaurant serves a variety of delicious dishes of the typical Lombard cuisine and of national and internation dishes. The restaurant gives onto the hotel's private garden and is open in the following hours: American breakfast (buffet) 07.00-10.00 AM; Dinner 07.00-10.00 PM.

The entrance of Milan Internation Fair (Porta Domodossola), is just 100 mt far from the hotel. In front of the hotel's entrance you can find the atop of tram 19, which takes to the city centre in few minutes.
The Red Line subway station "Amendola Fiera" is 1,2 km far from the hotel and, during fairs, it's easily reachable using the free shuttle service which regularly travels through the fair area, stopping at each main entrance.
Milano Centrale railway station is 4 km far from the hotel. Leaving from F.N. Cadorna railway station, that can be reached by subway 1, you can take the comfortable shuttle train Malpensa Express which connects in only 45 minutes the centre of Milan with Malpensa airport.
Milan Linate airport is 12 km far from the hotel. For what concerns expressways connections, if you use a car the hotel is easily reachable from expressways A4 (Brescia, Venezia), A7(Genova), A8/A9 (Lakes, Como, Torino), A1 (Autostrada del Sole), exit Viale Certosa. Along the way you have to follow several indications to Milan Fair, bearing in mind Porta Domodossola as a reference point. The hotel is located just in front of Porta Domodossola and you enter it coming from Piazza VI Febbraio, taking the lane on the right of the tram lane..
For what concerns the centre of Milan, Piazza Duomo is 3 km. far, and it can be reached comfortably in a few subway stops (red line).

questa volta sono delusa:la camera 132, 1° paino, un disastro! infisso che non chiude bene e passa uno spiffero d\'aria fredda giusto sul letto(ho segnalato alla reception).in bagno ,trascurano nella manutenzione dei pezzi igienici(vedi vasca) la posizione degli asciugamani viso NON E\' PENSABILE: ATTACCATI AL WATER!!!! in passato ho occupato camere migliori ai piani alti(7°):EPPURE QUESTA MI E\' stata VENDUTA COME SUPERIOR!!!!!!!!! Spero che prendiate visione! Saluti.

Auf ihrer Website geben sie an, dass sie direkt an der Messe liegen. Aber nicht das es die alte Messe ist! Darüber war ich schon sehr verärgert. Ansonsten OK / nichts besonderes

La chambre était beaucoup trop chaude et il a été difficile de passer une bonne nuit, mais cela n'est pas la faute des installations.
