excellent location few mınutes walking distance from St Marks square and La Fenice Theater. extremely friendly and helpful staff. our room was elegant, very clean and with canal view. Hard to find. I'd recommend calling the hotel for directions before arrival.

Hotel consigliatissimo, posizione centrale, a due passi da Piazza San Marco, ma tranquilla, camere spaziose ed eleganti, personale gentile e competente. Solo la colazione si potrebbe migliorare ma il resto é veramente ok.
