1) It took quite sometime to order a coffee and cappucino at breakfast (and the it was not very busy).
2) Your website advertises wireless internet, which is indeed available but you have to pay. I have stayed in 2 stars hotels in Paris where you just ask for the WEP key at the reception and use internet free of charge. Same at the Marriot Hotels in Ireland and USA. You can do better that this at a 150 Euro/night rate
