The hotel provides good service and most facilities .However there is no air condtioning in the bedrooms and the mosquitos are quite a problem. I alos tried to book the room using the hotel's website and they didnot reply to my e mail.

I had to change my travel plans and notified the hotel of such 2 days prior; I was told I would not be charged for the last night and was. The hotel said there was nothing they could do upon check-out. This is very disappointing and during the discussion I was treated very poorly. The front-desk and conciege service was very poor.

Der Service im Frühstücksraum ist geprägt von grosser Unlust und Unfähigkeit!Wenn der Tag so beginnt kann er eigenllich nur besser werden.Das Personal bedarf dringend einer Schulung im Umgang mit Gästen!Eigentlich möchte ich am Morgen nicht in so unfreundliche Gesichter schauen denen jeder Handgriff zuviel ist und keinerlei Interesse zeigen den Gast zufrieden zu stellen.

Nulla di particolare da eccepire, solamente che manca un controllo sulle persone che entrano nell'albergo,chiunque transita liberamente e può accedere ai piani delle stanze senza che nussuno se ne accorge.

Ci siamo recati all'Hotel per la Viscom 2007,abbiamo trovato una ottima accoglienza,un ottimo servizio,unico neo il personale della sala colazione,scortese e indiscreto.per il resto L'Hotel e' veramente da consigliare per fruibilita' dei mezzi di trasporto,il tram 15 a pochi passi,la metropolitana anche.Se torniamo a Milano certamente ci torneremo.
