However, we got a basic room (as seen on website) so paid the upgrade for nothing. When we queried this at reception, they said the pictures/superior rooms were for another hotel!! Very annoying, as wish hadn't paid the upgrade as then would probably have been happy with what we got, but instead felt cheated.
