Hotel Neapolis

Solo quiero expresar que tanto yo como mi familia hemos estado muy a gusto en vuestro Hotel. El único problema es la dificultad para encontrarlo la primera vez (en los mapas de la ciudad no siempre sale vuestra calle y nuestro GPS tampoco nos ayudó). Quizás podrias indicar en vuestra web alguna calle mas cercana mas importante (como la via dei Tribunali). Por lo demás quedamos encantados. Vinimos a vuestro hotel por consejo especial de unos amigos que se hospedaron en él hace 2 años. Por nuestra parte también lo recomendaremos a todos nuestros amigos y conocidos que quieran viajar a Napoli. Un saludo

This was a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Our superior room was spacious and spotless. The location is both convenient and charming, with plenty of good places to eat and drink within a few minutes' stroll. Only minus: we were charged 40 euros for two couples for the hotel shuttle car from the airport. A taxi took us back on our return journey and the meter showed well less than half of that. worth negotiating, I think. All in all, though, a very good choice. Recommended.

Computer and internet did not work in the room.

One of the worst booking experiences I have ever had, when we arrived the hotel was overbooked and we were shipped off to a barely finished new hotel on a terribly noisy street in an inferior category. We had to argue quite violently to get a refund on this, though there was 100e difference in the price between the two hotels! Never again. Disagreeable wretched service.
