En lineas generales la calificación es de notable. Buen servicio, buenas instalaciones y ambiente agradable. Los aspersores de riego han sido los causantes de la baja nota en "silenciosidad", y necesitan renovarse, ya que causan mucho ruido, al menos los que dan a las terrazas de las habitaciones

täglich wird man um ca. 7.30h morgens geweckt durch das rumpeln und verschieben von sessel, tischen und betten der putzleute den ganzen vormittag,insgesamt ist das hotel sehr hellhörig, der nachbar glaubt man steht im zimmer.....

in many ways this was an excellent hotel. I got what i payed for,and both my room and its servicing where to a high standard. However thats all I got, for, at the level of customer service especially front desk it fell well short of a 5 star establishment. I found both check in/check out lacked basic courtesies (like did you enjoy your stay) when leaving, or information on where certain places like restaurants where etc on arrival. I aksed about a late check out (paying of course) the day before departure. Told me to check it out on the morning of my departure. How their computer system could not tell them that information the day before departure is beyond me. This hotel is totally geared to people on a package tour, and they seem to have forgotton that many people (like myself) are individual travellers,with different requests and expectations. I found many of the staff at reception and the dining room indifferent at best. Although there is much to commend this hotel,in terms of its comforts, I wont return. I would sooner spend my money in an establishment where I felt treated as a guest rather than an inconvenience. I stayed here from the 6th/10th november, and its proximity to the lopesan villa conde, at least allowed me to discover a competitor that showed me a little more courtesy and respect when I visited/dined there. Maybe H10 Melenoras might tell me on what basis they decide to give a welcome drink to some customers and not to others.

hotel war wirklich ok.,aber bitte nicht ab morgens 7uhr derart lärmig zimmer putzen,betten verschieben und auf den gängen mit wagen vorbeirattern. schlaf ab 7uhr morgens leider vorbei,hatte zimmer 520 js. personal im ganzen hotel sehr freundlich,und reservation über webseite auch sehr freundlich und kompetent.grüsse aus zürich, hongkong gastro ag,erlenbach, thomas + yan mie meier

Very happy with the hotel in general, apart from main pool being closed thus the other pools were busy, squashed in like sardines some days. I think it should be made clear in the rooms that it would be polite not to walk around with high heels on, as the noise we had in our room, from the room above, was awful. Lovely location, would have been better if a bit busier and more atmosphere, but this was due to the time of year that we chose.

I'd like to accent on some details which I think must be discussed: 1) The main discrepancy I found was that the chief swimming pool had been unreachable (besides, before arriving, I had written the e-mail letter to the hotel managers and asked about work of all the swimming pools during my family's visit. I was answered that all would be o'k. It was a real deceiving which gave us much uncomforts. 2) when we arrived and were starting to settle we discovered that 2 of 3 needed rooms were together (419 and 420) but third room was (458) quite the opposite - the most distant room as it was possible? Why? When I tried to explain to the manager at the reception that 2 of 3 my children with grandma couldn't be in such distance from us and asked to give us another room near from us , I was denied!!!! I was told that there were no another rooms at all, he couldn't help us at all and etc.... After my insisting on the changing , I was suggested to come tomorrow ( May be tomorrow something would appear). After 10-15 minutes your manager understood, that I wouldn't agree with that fact and immediately offered to me to look at the room 417 (It was found at once). I think it was very unpleasant incident. 3) the slippers and bathrobes were in 417 , but they weren't in 419? Why? These , in brief and to my mind, are the real disadvantages of the hotel which can do uncomfortable things to the clients. But ,in spite of above-mentioned, I spent a good holiday , because I was with my family and my friends and I arrived to rest. But You should pay attention to this hotel service.

hola la verdad que este hotel tiene un inmejorable servicio y muy buenas prestaciones,solo hay un detalle con el que no estoy de acuerdo y es el de cobrar el agua en la cena, normal encuentro que cobren las bebidas alcoholicas pero podrian ofrecer vino,cerveza o refrescos dentro del precio de la media pension. De todas formas excelentes...

Nice place but fairly elderly guests which made us - early 50's seem young. Great range of food for breakfast but understaffed therefore appeared rushed most of the time. Otherwise excellent- fabulous location,swimming pools.
