The hotel rooms were wonderful and well equipped. Bathrooms had both 110 and 220 which is hard to find in European hotels. Staff made a "to go" breakfast for our 5 am departure. Really considerate! Only dissappointments were the lack of air conditioning and inexperienced concierge service. We searched and booked this hotel for air conditioning and yet our room was hot. We were told ac was climate controlled and to open the windows if hot. AC never came on during our stay. The noise from the street traffic with windows open made it difficult to sleep. You couldn't even hear the tv on it's loudest volume with the windows open! Both staff members working during our stay had recently moved to Prague and could not tell us which buses to use, metro locations or help in getting tickets to events. The hotel should not mention helping guests with these services if there are not people experience to do so. Despite these issues, we would still recommend the hotel. Just make sure you stay in the winter and have your own working knowledge in how to get around the city.
