It was completely rebuilt from on original residential building during 2002 / 2003. 
Entering from the street you will find yourself in a large cozy reception hall with a pleasant lobby bar open from 11 a.m. till 23 p.m. with a wide range of drinks and refreshments.
The hotel offers nice conference facilities with all modern equipment that one needs to conduct a succesful meeting. The conference room seats up to 36 people in theatre style.
