Always remember to have a valid credit card at hand. All reservations must be guaranteed or prepaid following the indications you will find during the booking procedure at the term "Payment methods". In case of reservations guaranteed with credit card, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. This amount may correspond to the price of one night or to the total cost of your reservation. Once the credit card has been validated, the reserved amount will be released.

Not always a reservation can be modified.
The easiest way to verify if the reservation can be modified is:

1. Check availability and rates for the new dates.
2. Check if the reservation you intend to change can be cancelled without charge
3. If the reservation can be cancelled and rooms are still available online, please make a new booking and cancel the old one.
