The hotel facility was fine and just what I expected. The personnel at the front desk as well as the restaurant maitre'd were rude and acted like they were doing us a favor by waiting on us. The food prices were high.

ottimo sevizio in generale buono il rapporto qualità prezzo unico appunto va fatto sul servizio navetta con il centro, nel senso che l'orario per il rientro serale è forse troppo anticipato e la disponibilità dei posti non è sempre sufficente, in complesso un ottimo giudizio su tutto, lo consiglierei ad amici e sicuramente saro' al piu' presto di nuovo cliente

Hemos estado muy a gusto en su hotel. Todo nos ha parecido estupendo, las habitaciones, la piscina, la atención, pero hay un problema que nos ocasionó un contratiempo, y tiene que ver con los transportes del hotel a la ciudad. Después de esperar la cola al sol, una familia con tres niños se coló por delante de nosotros y nos impidió coger el autobús. Considero que para el tamaño del hotel la dimensión del autobús es insuficiente. Les sugiero que al menos, exista un control para que sus clientes no sufran la mala educación de otros clientes. Por ejemplo, facilitar tikets en recepción con la hora y el día de viaje en el autobús del hotel. Pueden facilitar tikets de reserva por si algún cliente no fuera a utilizar su tiket. Todo lo demás nos ha parecido estupendo. Les doy mi enhorabuena.

The only drawback was the distance from the centre of Rome. It cost us a fortune in taxis. If the courtesy bus had more than one stop (i.e. it only stopped at the Vatican) that would have been really helpful.
